The 34th anniversary of Chester On Track was threatened with rain early in the day. I was on the stage at the Station and Museum for the day and felt about 8 drops, (plus or minus) and that was the extent of the rain.
Other than that, what a perfect day for a parade and a day for a community to pull together and host another Chester on Track.
Join us next year on the third Saturday in May and we'll do it again.

Join us for our annual celebration of
Chester On Track.

Drive along Jacob's Ladder Scenic Byway (U.S. Rte. 20) to Chester, Massachusetts. Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (U.S. Rte. 90) to exit 3 in Westfield, then take Rte. 20 west 20.2 miles +/- to Main street on the right in Chester. Or take the Mass Pike to exit 2 in Lee, then take Rte. 20 east 16.3 miles +/- to Main Street on your left. Follow Main street to the railroad tracks, go right through the CSX overpass, and the Station is on your left.**

**For "Chester On Track" (COT), parking signs are throughout the Town.
Going right after the overpass to the ballfield may be your option.
